Cypress Triathlon — Bayou City Triathlon Series

July 26 - 27, 2025

The Cypress Triathlon is a favorite of local triathletes. The Bridgeland community continues to grow, and remains a great place to race a truly fast and scenic Sprint. The whole family can race! The Youth Tri is held on Saturday for the kids, and there is even a Doggie Splash’N Dash for your four-legged family members!

The Sprint offers options for a Relay team, plus an Aquabike. There is also a very popular duathlon option for those not quite ready for the water, and a shorter, more intense Super-Sprint Triathlon as well. Join us!

Splash ‘N Dash Distance:

Participants and their four-legged friends start with a 200 meter open water swim in Lake Bridgeland. After jumping off the dock, athletes will exit the water on our temporary beach and begin a 1 mile run around the lake, finishing next to Festival Park.

The Doggie Splash ‘N Dash is a Cypress tradition, and is guaranteed to bring a smile. If you and your best friend are ready to take the plunge, please join us!
